The Master Cleanser: Day Seven

Last night was terrible and not so terrible. It was a very DF's birthday and they were celebrating it at steak house. I knew it was going to be tough, but agreed to be there (of course!). We arrived a bit late since I had to teach and once my husband opened the door to the restaurant the delightful smells of cooking food indulged my senses. I could smell everything! We sat down at the table and my husband ordered dinner while I ordered tea. (glad I brought my own mint tea, they didn't have it) *sigh* Everyone was eating and chatting so it was easy to busy myself with conversation. The terrible part was when an older woman noticed that I wasn't eating and asked, "Why aren't you eating?" The best answer I could come up with was, "I'm just not." Thankfully she dropped it. The not so terrible part is that I was able to participate in a big group function at a restaurant and not be bothered by the copious amounts of food surrounding me. My sense of smell is so acute right now that's it's almost as if I was breathing the food in. Now, as the night progressed, my stomach got the better of me and started literally burning for food so I stood up and said, "We have to go." And we left. *whew* THEN, we stopped by my cousin's house and they had JUST gotten back from a fast food joint with take out that smelled horrible. *you have to be KIDDING me* We abruptly left their home - It DID get to be too much...

This morning I started TOM and am down two more pounds to 128 *YAY*.

I taught my 6 a.m. fitness class and ran out of energy again. I would guess that part of it is the intense humidity. The air feels so heavy and thick it's difficult to breathe in and I need PLENTY of air when I'm up there cueing and moving. Breathing, it's important. ;)

I didn't do my tea last night or the ISWC this morning. Tomorrow, for sure. ( i have to work myself up for this ) :X
