I've changed my eating again. Now I am eating more of a
40-30-30 or sometimes 50-30-20 diet. My fitday for today is here...
I'm so confused as to how - when - where - why to eat. I simply want to be healthy. Every time I try something new there are always people saying do this or don't do that and why this or that is bad. *ugh*
I've also added HIIT training into my workout program and followed Workout 1 yesterday.
5 minutes jogging - Warm Up
4 minutes HIIT alternating - 30 seconds at 60% 30 seconds at 90%
5 minutes jogging - Cool Down
