The Master Cleanser: Day Six
I totally BONKED at the gym in my morning class. Had no energy, couldn't catch my breath... simply felt horrible. I did 2 TBLS of lemon and 1 TBSL of maple + cayenne before class, but it did nothing for my energy level. I wanted to sit down and call the moves except I'm a 'hands on' instructor. So, I pushed myself and felt horrible.
I have been trying to do 6 lemonades a day (2 TBLS of lemon and 1 TBSL of maple + cayenne) but normally only get 5 in. I feel like maybe I should increase the lemon drinks (at least on the days I teach 2 1 hour classes)... I'm not thrilled at the idea of increasing the maple.
AND I'm still at 130 today - thought I'd be down more - I can't decide to cheer (about 130) or be bummed that I'm not lower...
