The Master Cleanser: Day Thirteen
Day 13!! I get to Eat! YAY
I get to eat some vegetables tonight! I have good feelings about chewing and crunching and and and eating! I brought half an orange and an ounce of fresh blueberries for "lunch" and tonight I'm going to have veggies! MmMMmmMmmm
So, I weighed 122 (!!!!) at the gym this morning after class, but was back to 124 on my home scale...
I was VERY light-headed in class this morning. I really like to wear a black cap when I teach to keep the sweat out of my eyes and this morning it was making me feel like I was blacking out! So weird. I would get that dizzy feeling and look up and see the black visor and feel weak like the blackness was closing in. I had to stop - twice. (???) Tomorrow I'm going to have my 4 oz of OJ 30 mins before class and see if that helps, it should.
My book says, "BREAKFAST: Nothing more is required by the body than fresh lemonade, fresh orange or grapefruit juice.
NOON LUNCH: Lunch may be omitted with no ill effects; many will find a small amount of fruit entirely sufficient.
DINNER (Evening): Simple preparation of dinner involves starting with a vegetable soup, then having two or three vegetables steamed slightly.
It doesn't seem like a lot of food. I guess that's part of eating to live instead of living to eat.
