The Master Cleanser: Day Nine

Well, I broke out into a rash (who knows when) but I noticed it this morning. Seems like it would have happened sooner and not so close to the end of the fast. Tomorrow is supposed to be my last day, but if my body is just now responding I think I should do it until the rash goes away... ~~~~

Went to a pool party of some friends today. They had just gotten back from a 2 week cruise and were in the mood to keep drinking fruity drinks. I had NO problem ignoring the drinks, but some of the finger AND gourmet foods were SO difficult and tempting. I couldn't spend ANY time in the house and ended up following the shadows that the umbrella cast around the pool all day. ~~~~

I haven't found it ANY easier to be around groups with food. Today everyone was ALWAYS eating something. As soon as my nose smells it, my mouth starts watering and then my stomach starts aching.
